Philosophy

As a first bistro in Košice we started to prepare homemade granola. Oat flakes baked in sugar cane syrup with nuts and dried fruits, served with yogurt or almond milk.

We are able to prepare each coffee in a lactose-free version with almond milk. We want to develop coffee culture, therefore we serve only espresso from 100% coffee arabica.

For preparation of meals we use grape seed oil, coconut oil or virgin olive oil.

We do not use eggs from battery cage farming, because we believe in natural life cycle of chicken. When they live happily, it also reflects in the energy of their eggs.

We do not use any white (beet) sugar. As sweeteners we use agave syrup or cane sugar. We use local honey only in meals, where it is clearly defined, so in case of an allergy you have nothing to worry about.

We also offer quality desserts from quality ingredients, which we prepare in gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan form or desserts according to raw food philosophy.

Granola Parfait

Homemade granola with cream Greece yogurt with homemade jam. Sweetened only with brown cane sugar.

Benedikt eggs

Taste traditional breakfast speciality from New York. Poached egg with grilled ham and roast spinach on garlic, poured over with Holland sauce served on a spelt bread.

Cream soups

Filling but light for digestion. We use almond cream or coconut milk, so they are always lactose-free and not thickened with flour from grains or with starches.

Curry with rice noodles and turkey meat

Rice noodles with mango curry spice, coconut milk and quality Slovak turkey meat. Naturally gluten-free, lactose-free and light meal.

Wine from unique wine growers

Treat yourself with a glass of quality wine for lunch or dinner in a pleasant atmosphere, supplemented perhaps with a cake from a local producer of healthy desserts.

Cappuccino from almond milk

Unique blend of tastes of real almonds and sweetish bitterness of 100% coffee arabica. Naturally lactose-free cappuccino for everybody, who loves its great taste.
